Estimating Connectivitythrough Larval Dispersalin the Western Indian Ocean

This repository contains data for the manuscript by Gamoyo et al., titled "<strong>Estimating </strong><strong>Connectivity</strong><strong>through </strong><strong>Larval Dispersal</strong><strong>in the Western Indian Ocean</strong>". This manuscript has been submitted for publication to <em>Journal of Geophysical Research - Biogeosciences</em>. Below are descriptions of the data files included here: The excel files contain data used to plot Table 1, Figure 5, Figure 6 and Figure 7. To summarize the results and identify reefs with consistently high betweenness centrality independent of PLD (as in Table 1), we counted the number of PLDs for which each reef’s betweenness centrality score was higher than the mean for that PLD. Hereafter, we refer to this count as the “occurrence” score for the reef.“Occurrences” ranges from 0 to 5. The NetCDF files contain data used to plot larval trajectories.
