Quantitative Interactomics to Identify Cellular Pathways Affected in Spinal Muscular Atrophy (Thesis Data)

Contains raw data files underpinning each relevant chapter of the Thesis, organised in file folders. Each folder/data type contains .txt files instructing the user in how to open the data. Data contained is largely imaging data, western blot data and mass spectrometry data.
