Our company operates stores in multiple cities and districts/counties across Zhejiang Province for selling duck braised products, and regularly supplies these stores. Through mathematical modeling, we forecast next quarter's sales volumes based on each store's sales performance in the prior quarter, then generate next quarter's supply strategy recommendations, which serve three core purposes: 1. For our company: We can reasonably arrange production plans and allocate resources to ensure on-time delivery and meet market supply demands. We can also scientifically formulate sales strategies and marketing plans: for example, combining prediction results with regional divisions (by district/county, city, etc.), we can analyze and identify target markets, develop pricing strategies, design promotional activities, and cooperate with sales channels to enhance product market share and sales performance. 2. For each directly operated store within Zhejiang Province: This data can help these stores reasonably forecast market demand, carry out effective inventory management and goods turnover operations. 3. For the industrial chain: This data can serve as a reference for other duck braised product manufacturers, upstream and downstream enterprises in the duck braised product industry chain, or similar braised product manufacturers, providing auxiliary support for decision-making in business activities such as R&D, production, and marketing. 1. Data Collection: Collect daily sales data of all offline stores of our company within the Zhejiang Province region. 2. Data Processing: Aggregate the monthly sales volumes X1, X2, X3 of each store in the current quarter, as well as the total quarterly sales volume Z of the store. 3. Store Next-Quarter Sales Forecasting: The predicted next-quarter sales volume Y for a store is calculated as: Y = ((X2 / X1 of the store's current Q2 sales / X1 of current Q1 sales) + (X3 / X2 of the store's current Q3 sales / X2 of current Q2 sales)) * 0.5 * the store's total current quarterly sales volume Z; the final value of Y is rounded to an integer. 4. Data Analysis: Define P = the store's predicted next-quarter sales volume Y minus the store's total current quarterly sales volume Z. Different supply strategies are adopted for different stores based on the value of P: increase supply volume if P > 75; reduce supply volume if P < 20; maintain supply volume if 20 ≤ P ≤ 75.
