There are differences in the expression levels of TCR-related early signaling and cytokines associated with the expression levels of CD81 and CD82. Therefore, we hypothesized that the transcriptome related to T-cell function may also undergo changes. we sorted the CD81highCD82high and CD81lowCD82low groups and perfomed RNA sequencing
