The quantitative aspect of my research involved administering structured surveys through the SurveyMonkey platform to gather data from small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs). The surveys were designed based on the Technology-Organization-Environment (TOE) framework to explore SME requirements, challenges, and preferences regarding Tier 3 ERP systems. The collected data provided measurable insights into operational pain points, adoption barriers, and desired ERP features. Responses were analysed to quantify key variables, including the impact of ERP features on optimising Cash Conversion Cycles (CCC) and improving business efficiency. This data forms a significant component of the empirical evidence, offering statistical validation for the mathematical models and algorithms integrated into the ERP workflow system. These insights were instrumental in tailoring the ERP solution to address the unique needs of SMEs effectively.
