Modular structure in fish co-occurrence networks - Fish Data

These are the raw fish co-occurrence data used in McGarvey &amp; Veech, <i>Modular structure in fish co-occurrence networks</i>.<br>Data are included for 10 nested river basins, distributed among three spatial scales (HU0, HU2, &amp; HU4).<br>For each river basin, two files are included: (1) a presence-absence matrix of fish species collected at sampling sites (ending with "_FishData" labels); and (2) a file of species' range centroids (ending with "_FishData_XY" labels).<br>
