2016年实验室模拟碳纳米管对菲及其甲基和硝基衍生物植物富集的影响
数据集包括菲及其甲基和硝基衍生物在植物根部富集量和富集百分比。数据获取是通过玉米盆栽实验,即将玉米种子萌发、催芽5-7天后,移植于染毒菲、3-甲基菲和9-硝基菲三种化合物且混合均匀的土壤中,此土壤中分别加入三种剂量的两种管径的多壁碳管或一种单壁碳管。等暴露28天后取植物和土壤样品,经微波萃取和过柱净化等前处理过程,用高效液相色谱测定植物根部和土壤中三种化合物的含量。基于此,计算得到根部富集系数。
