Abstract Truncated Dyson—Schwinger equations represent finite subsets of the equations of motion for Green's functions. Solutions to these nonlinear integral equations can account for nonperturbative correlations. We describe the solution to the Dyson—Schwinger equation for the gluon propagator of Landau gauge QCD in the Mandelstam approximation.
