资源简介:
This panel was created to evaluate the activation status of T cell populations within human samples, either from ex vivo peripheral blood mononuclear cell preparations, or from primary cells cultured ex vivo. This panel can be used to identify which T cells produce cytokines in response to peptide antigen stimulation, and characterize their cytotoxic or helper subtype, including classification as Th1, Th2, Th9, Tfh, Th17, Th21, or Treg. Additionally, this panel can characterize the expression of memory, activation, and exhaustion markers within the identified polyclonal T cell populations.
Included are titration data for the 34 antibodies and viability staining, along with a sample full stain of peripheral blood cells.
