The striatum is the core nucleus affected in Parkinson's disease (PD) patients. In the present study, PD mouse model was generated by unilateral injection of 6-OHDA in the dorsal striatum. The saline injected contralateral side was used as the control. RNA sequencing was used to analyze transcriptomic expression of differentially expressed genes in the striatum of PD mouse model at day 10 and 30 after the neurotoxin administration.
