Gene database of Pseudomonas lactis strain SS101

This work presents the gene
database of Pseudomonas lactis that comprises gene name, gene function,
and gene sequence of all genes in the genome of the microorganism. Using
annotated genome data of P. lactis from Genbank and an in-house MATLAB
genome analysis software, the gene database was built to provide foundational
information for understanding the metabolism of the bacterium, with
implications in human health and disease settings.
