Language Groups of China Revealed by Distance Computational Maps

The project includes the "Database of ASJP doculects of languages in China" (including doculects of 592 minority languages and 516 Chinese dialects, a total of 1108 doculects in holman format) and the code for language group analysis.

Specifically, it provides the method to generate language relationship matrix using language distance/similarity. Provide a method of using the distance matrix to generate Neighbor-Joining trees, UPGMA trees and Hierarchical Cluster trees in nwk format. Provide a method of using similarity data to generate "appropriate" complex networks——the code filters the language similarity (retaining the edges with higher similarity) through the modularity of each cluster,  until a network that matches the expected modularity is obtained.
