ISCAS89 and ITC99 Circuits

This dataset contains 400 sub-circuits extracted from the ISCAS89 and ITC99 benchmarks, which are converted into AIG format for reinforcement learning training. In addition, the dataset also includes circuits with varying test coverage levels, some of which can be fully tested via LBIST. Overall, there are a total of 400 sub-circuits in this dataset. The targeted task of this dataset is Test Point Insertion (TPI).
