Transcriptional plofile of exhausted T cells in Enzootic Bovine Leukosis. Bos taurus

To investigate transcriptional changes in PD-1+TIM-3+ T cells, which are increased and implicated in T cell exhaustion in Enzootic Bovine Leukosis (EBL) cattle, lymphocytes were isolated from lymphomas in the lymph nodes of EBL cattle. CD4+ and CD8+ T cells were sorted via FACS into two fractions: ex (PD-1+TIM-3+) and non-ex (PD-1+TIM-3-, PD-1-TIM-3+, or PD-1-TIM-3-). RNA was then extracted from each fraction and subjected to bulk RNA sequencing.
