Embryogenesis of a full-grown H-Bot

To cultivate the assDNA into a functional H-Bot, a cell and cytoplasmic components are required, typically provided by an ovum or egg cell. The ovum is enucleated, either naturally or artificially, to isolate its nucleus. Once synthesized assDNA strands are integrated, the diploid egg is stimulated to cleave and develop in controlled conditions. Development occurs within the ovum's cytoplasm, which contains essential growth factors.
