资源简介:
The study was conducted at Changbai Mountain temperate native forest (hereafter “CB temperate forest”, 42°24′2′′N, 128°05′42′′E) and Dinghu Mountain subtropical secondary forest (hereafter “DH subtropical forest”, 23°9′41′′N, 112°32′36′′E). We measured soil physiochemical properties and extracellular enzyme activities involved in the degradation of soil organic C, N, and P. Five hydrolase activities including β-1,4glucosidase (βG), β-1,4-xylosidase (BX), cellobiohydrolase (CBH), β-1,4-N-acetylglucosaminidase (NAG) and acid phosphatase (ACP), and two oxidase activities including polyphenol oxidase (PPO) and peroxidase (PER) were assayed. All enzyme activities were calculated based on substrate decomposition rate (nmol g-1 h-1). The datasets of soil physiochemical properties and extracellular enzyme activities are provided here.
