Improving Health Literacy: Analysis of the Relationship between Residents’ Usage of Information Channels and Health Literacy in Shanghai, China

A total of 1067 valid questionnaires were collected and analyzed. The questionnaire consisted of three parts: (1) sociodemographic variables, including age, gender, education level, monthly income, marital status, and health condition, including health self-assessment and number of chronic diseases; (2) the use of and degree of trust in different information channels; and (3) the evaluation of HL.
