The difference between neutrophils of HC, COVID-19 patients admitted in ICU and wards.

We isolated neutrophils from 11 healthy controls, 12 COIVD-19 patients in ICU and 12 COVID-19 patients from ward and submitted the isolated RNA for RNA sequencing. We then performed gene expression profiling analysis using data obtained from RNA-seq of 3 different cohorts. .
