Post-Authorization Pesticide Monitoring: Supplementary Evidence and Reproducibility Package
收藏资源简介:
This record contains the supplementary evidence and reproducibility materials accompanying the manuscript “Sampling and Pesticide-Specific Testing Diverge during Early Post-Authorization Food Monitoring in the United States and France.” The repository includes the formatted Supporting Information, machine-readable supplementary tables, and computational materials supporting verification of the reported U.S. and French monitoring-state reconstructions, FDA analytical-scope uncertainty bounds, French sensitivity analyses, first-testing latency, matched pesticide–food cases, and figure source data. The reproducibility materials include validation scripts and deterministic figure-reproduction code used to verify the reported counts, percentages, sensitivity configurations, latency summaries, matched-case results, and plotted source data. Raw third-party FDA, USDA Pesticide Data Program, ANSES/E-Phy, EFSA, and French MOPER monitoring archives are not redistributed; their public source locations and reconstruction rules are documented in the manuscript and Supporting Information. This repository synchronization aligns the public record with the journal-submission manuscript and adds reproducibility materials. No reported scientific result, classification rule, numerical conclusion, or scientific interpretation is changed.
