Dataset - The Effect of ChatGPT Usage on Critical Thinking Skills: A PLS-SEM Analysis of Cognitive Offloading Among University Students

The data supporting the findings of this study were collected through an online questionnaire administered to 315 university students. The dataset comprises respondents’ answers to 25 items measuring ChatGPT usage, cognitive offloading, and critical thinking, together with demographic information.
