资源简介:
This transcriptomic dataset was generated to investigate the high-temperature adaptation mechanisms of Fusarium graminearum and Fusarium asiaticum, the primary causal agents of Fusarium Head Blight in wheat. RNA sequencing was performed on mycelia of the F. graminearum reference strain PH-1 and two F. asiaticum field strains (Lz26 and Lz333). Samples include controls grown continuously at 25 degree and treatments subjected to heat stress. Sequencing was conducted on the Illumina platform, and reads were aligned to their respective reference genomes. This dataset captures the global gene expression changes in response to heat stress and serves as a foundation for identifying key genes involved in thermotolerance. The data can be used to validate candidate gene expression and support comparative genomic studies in Fusarium species.
