Single-cell RNA sequencing of PBMCs from COVID-19 recovered adolescents (n = 3) and adults (n = 3)

We performed single-cell RNA sequencing (scRNA-seq) on PBMCs from convalescent COVID-19 adolescents aged 10-15 years old (n=3) and convalescent adults aged over 40 years old (n=3) .We have observed LDLR+ macrophages displaying heightened IFNI responses in BCG-vaccinated adolescent COVID-19 patients. Freshly isolated PBMCs from 3 recovered COVID-19 adults (aged over 45) and 3 recovered COVID-19 adolescents (aged under 15) were diluted as a single cell suspension with cell viability exceeding 90%.
