Dynamic multi-stage failure-specific cooperative recourse strategy for route failure of simultaneous pickup and delivery problem

This work proposes a novel dynamic multi-stage failure-specific cooperative (DMS-FSC) recourse strategy for solving the route failure which occurred in VRPSPD more reasonable and applicable. The proposed DMS-FSC strategy allows a pair of cooperative vehicles meet the unmet demand by each other in the case of simultaneous transport by divides the whole transportation process into multiple stages. An extended genetic algorithm (EGA) is proposed based on multi-stage paired vectors. This algorithm aims to explore a more ideal prior transportation plan for VRPSPD by incorporating acceptance criterion that defined by simulated annealing.
