250bp paired end Illumina data from DHTu, female double-haploid individual of zebrafish Tu strain http://zfin.org/action/genotype/view/ZDB-GENO-990623-3, founder of SAT line We intend to sequence DNA from zebrafish DHTue individual, the female double-haploid Tuebingen founder of the SAT strain. This study will deliver the first genome assembly of a single double-haploid zebrafish individual and therefore aid the improvement of the GRCz10 Tuebingen reference assembly. It also aids to establish the genome data pool accessible within the SAT strain. In addition, this study will be used to establish methods to generate haplotype-specific assemblies. The data gathered here will be assembled using discovar-denovo and merged with data from a study using 10x sequencing on the same sample.
