Data compilation regarding the effects of grain size and temperature on the strength of the single-phase FCC CrFeNi medium entropy alloy

In the present article, we present a data compilation reflecting recrystallized microstructures and the corresponding mechanical properties of an equiatomic, single-phase faced-centered cubic (FCC) CrFeNi medium-entropy alloy (MEA).
