The study adopted a cluster-randomized
controlled trial design, and 1184 students in 12 schools were randomized to
intervention or control groups. Self-reported brushing and flossing, HBM/SCT
constructs, and oral health-related quality of life (OHRQoL) were measured at 6
and 12 months; Dental plaque accumulation and caries status were measured at 12
months.
本研究采用了集群随机对照试验设计，将12所学校中的1184名学生随机分配至干预组或对照组。在6个月和12个月时，测量了自我报告的刷牙和牙线使用情况、HBM/SCT结构以及口腔健康状况相关的生活质量（OHRQoL）；在12个月时，测量了牙菌斑积累和龋齿状况。
