PGDB

The Prostate Gene Database (PGDB) is a curated and integrated database of genes or genomic loci related to the human prostate and prostatic diseases. Currently, PGDB covers genes involved in a number of molecular and genetic events of the prostate including gene amplification, mutation, gross deletion, methylation, polymorphism, linkage and over-expression, as published in the literature.前列腺基因数据库（Prostate Gene Database，PGDB）是一个经人工整理整合的数据库，收录与人类前列腺及前列腺疾病相关的基因或基因组位点。目前，PGDB涵盖了已见文献报道的、参与前列腺多种分子与遗传事件的相关基因，所涉事件包括基因扩增、突变、大片段缺失、甲基化、多态性、连锁及过表达。
