Molecular and Endocrine Differences in Early Miscarriage Associated with KIR Polymorphisms

These data come from RNA-Seq of human endometrial biopsies with patients who experienced idiopathic early pregnancy loss (<12 gestational weeks) after a single euploid embryo transfer (SET) following ICSI/PGT-A between June 2022 and December 2024. Patients were categorized based on KIR haplotypes. The aim of RNA-Seq experiment was to elucidate whether different KIR haplotypes in our cohort of patients caused differential endometrial gene expression.
