Data is processed using the improved k-means clustering (IKC), in which irrelevant datas are then normalised using the min-max scaling method, and to balance the remaining class distribution, synthetic minority over-sampling<br>the technique (SMOTE) is adopted.Applying the Enhanced Whale Optimization algorithm (EWOA) selects the important features. Benchmark datasets such as Faisalabad, CVD and Heart failure datasets are used for the study, heart disease is predicted using an improved deep learning-based Inception-Capsule network (IDLHICNet) model.
