资源简介:
In this paper, we propose a method to model radiofrequency electrosurgery to capture the phenomena at higher temperatures and present the methods for parameter estimation. Experimental data taken from our surgical trials performed on in vivo porcine liver shows that a non-Fourier Maxwell-Cattaneo-type model can be suitable for this application when used in combination with an Arrhenius-type model that approximates the energy dissipation in physical and chemical reactions. The resulting model structure has the advantage of higher accuracy than existing ones, while reducing the computation time required., , , # Data from: Heat conduction in live tissue during radiofrequency electrosurgery

Data files contains experimental data, numerical computing code and machine learning code for simulation of heat conduction in live tissue during radiofrequency electrosurgery and ablation.
## Description of the data and file structure
Data files contains three directories: 1. Exprimental data; 2. Simulation Code; and 3. Machine learning code. Each directory contains supporting files and data corresponding to the sections in the manuscript.Â
The experimental data is stored in a .mat file that can be read by programs like MATLAB. The file includes temperature data recorded by infrared thermographer.
The simulation code is written for MATLAB. The main file is named 't1_rk2_3d.m'. This file contains simulation of the heat transfer problem and can be run to generate a numerical solution. The other files include functions fo...
