Eight official Chinese verification sources re-measured after seven days, under two client profiles

A repeat measurement of the eight-source availability panel first recorded on 2026-08-08, re-run on 2026-08-15 from a cloud host inside mainland China. Each host was requested three times with a bare command-line client and three times with the same client sending a browser user-agent string, so that any change can be attributed to the host rather than to the client. Seven of the eight sources returned the same verdict as the first round. One court host stopped refusing plain scripted clients. The value of this record is the repeat itself: a single availability panel says what happened once, and only a re-run distinguishes a stable property of the source from a transient condition on the measurement day.
