Growth data for field transplant experiment on Banks Peninsula, New Zealand

This CSV file contains plant size measurements taken between 2010 and 2012 at 47 field sites on Banks Peninsula, New Zealand. Sites correspond to the "Site Descriptions" CSV file in the same collection. Cuttings of Aeonium arboreum, Aeonium haworthii and Cotyledon orbiculata were planted at each field site, and measured regularly over 2 years. Fields are: Site name (unique ID), Plant (unique number), Species (AA = A. arboreum, AH = A. haworthii, CO = C. orbiculata), Source (categorical, location where plant was collected from on Banks Peninsula), Dead? (true/false, was the plant dead by the end of the experiment), D.O.D. (date when plant was recorded dead, DD/MM/YY), Replacement (if applicable, unique number of the plant that replaced the original upon death), B baseline, W baseline, H baseline baseline (respectively, breadth, width and height of plant in cm, prior to transplanting into the field in November 2010), L/R baseline (number of leaves, CO, or rosettes, AA/AH, prior to transplanting). The same B, W, H and L/R fields are then repeated for June 2011 (Jun 11), November 2011 (Nov 11), June 2012 (Jun 12) and November 2012 (Nov 12). From Jun 11 onwards, number of leaves for CO are reported as well as the number of stems, e.g. 12(3) indicates 12 leaves across 3 stems. The characters "NA" indicate "not applicable", or blank cells.
