Non-targeted metabolomic analysis of mouse caecal contents

This non-targeted metabolomics data aims to comprehensively elucidate the effects of probiotic lactic acid bacteria pre-treatment on the systemic metabolic profiles of LPS-induced inflammatory model mice. By comparing differences in endogenous small-molecule metabolites within caecal contents across groups, this study aims to reveal key metabolic pathways regulated by probiotic lactic acid bacteria intervention and identify potential effector metabolites. This will elucidate the biochemical basis for their anti-inflammatory effects at the metabolic level, thereby assisting researchers in related fields.
