mRNA expression analysis of human lung cancer cell line CUTO-3 and colorectal cancer cell line KM12-luc treated with TRK inhibitor CH7057288

CUTO-3 and KM12-luc cell lines were treated with DMSO or 1 uM CH7057288 for 4 and 24 hours. Cellular RNA was extracted, processed to generate an mRNA library, and sequenced from both ends of the library using HiSeq 2500 Sequencing System.
