Human myofibroblastic LX2 cells were transfected using a siRNA directed against BNC2 (siBNC2) or a control siRNA (siCTRL) and RNA were processed for microarray analyses. Overall design: Transfection of siRNA (used at 20 nM) into LX2 cells was performed using JetPrime (Polyplus transfection). siBNC2 (Thermo Fisher Scientific, Cat# 4392420 s29452) and Silencer select negative control (Thermo Fisher Scientific Cat# 4390844) were used. 48h after transfection, RNA was purified and processed for analysis using Affymetrix GeneChip arrays (HTA 2.0) according to standard procedures.
