资源简介:
This study focuses on the association between gut microbiota, metabolites, and the progression of colorectal cancer under exercise intervention. Through cohort grouping (the exercise intervention group and the conventional group), fecal samples are collected. The structure of the gut microbiota is analyzed using 16S rRNA sequencing and untargeted metabolomics sequencing. With the help of bioinformatics analyses (such as Alpha diversity analysis and screening of differential microbiota), it explores how exercise affects the occurrence and development of colorectal cancer by regulating the gut microecology (changes in microbiota composition and metabolites). The data include microbiota abundance tables, quantitative data of metabolites, etc. It can support the in - depth exploration of the gut microecology - tumor mechanism and the value of exercise intervention, and provide a basis for new strategies for the prevention and treatment of colorectal cancer.Specific grouping details: - Control group (subcutaneous injection of 0.9% sodium chloride) - DMH group (subcutaneous injection of 1,2 - dimethylhydrazine; DMH, a chemical carcinogen, can induce colon cancer in rodents. It has a pathological process similar to the development of human colorectal cancer and is a commonly - used inducer for colon cancer models) - Adv_Ex_HIIT group (high - intensity interval training intervention was carried out in advance before subcutaneous injection of DMH to establish a colorectal cancer model) - Adv_Ex_MIIT group (moderate - intensity interval training intervention was carried out in advance before subcutaneous injection of DMH to establish a colorectal cancer model) - HIIT group (high - intensity interval training intervention was carried out simultaneously with subcutaneous injection of DMH to establish a colorectal cancer model) - MIIT group (moderate - intensity interval training intervention was carried out simultaneously with subcutaneous injection of DMH to establish a colorectal cancer model)
