Population genomics of wild olive (Olea europaea subsp. cuspidata) across Oman

Wild olive (Olea europaea subsp. cuspidata) is an ecologically important tree native to the mountains of Oman. This project generates genome-wide sequencing data to characterize genetic diversity and population structure across major mountain ranges in the country. The resulting SNP datasets will support conservation planning, germplasm preservation, and management of wild olive populations in Oman.
