SCAR: validation setup

This record contains supplementary material for the validation of SCAR using three publicly available Panthera leo sequencing accessions under five mutation, fragmentation and damage conditions. It includes the analysis settings, software versions, input accession metadata, commands, workflow scripts, mapping and coverage statistics, and ANGSD/realSFS heterozygosity results. Raw reads and the reference genome are not included because they are available through ENA/SRA and NCBI. SCAR is archived separately at https://doi.org/10.5281/zenodo.21870585, and PlainMap is available at https://github.com/BiodiversityExtinction/PlainMap.
