In this study, the bulk RNA sequencing technology was employed to deeply explore the pathogenesis of psoriasis in mice. Meanwhile, it aimed to decipher the therapeutic mechanisms of the new drug Neocryptotanshinone A and its combination with TACR in the treatment of psoriasis. The ultimate goal is to develop novel drugs and provide innovative treatment strategies for psoriasis.
