Data on the zeta potential values of 148 gold nanoparticles (GNPs), 6 silver nanoparticles (AgNPs), 12 platinum nanoparticles (PtNPs), 12 palladium nanoparticles (PdNPs), 8 metal oxide nanoparticles (MONPs), and 12 quantum dots nanoparticles (QDNPs) in Millipore water at pH 7, including the following information: unique identifier for each NP, zeta potential values in millivolts (mV), standard deviation from three replicates, experimental protocol, nanoparticle shape (spherical or rod-like), core material (gold, silver, platinum, palladium, Al2O3, CeO2, TiO2, ZnO, CuO, SiO2, Fe3O4, WO3, CdSe), size (nm), number and SMILES notation of two types of attached ligands, reference citation, and DOI for the publication.
