We conducted transcriptome comparison of control and KLF11-knockdown RPKS1 cells, then ChIP-seq experiments to investigate the role of KLF11 in YAP/TEAD transcriptional activity, and Transposase-accessible chromatin using sequencing (ATAC-seq) experiments to compare chromatin open regions between control and KLF11-knockdown cells.
