This FAIRsharing record describes: CODEX is a curated, comprehensible database of next generation sequencing (NGS) experiments, including ChIP-seq, RNA-seq, DNase-seq and ATAC-seq. It includes NGS experiments from both mice and humans. While the main focus of CODEX is haematopoiesis and embryonic systems, the database includes a wide range of cell types.
