Two datasets are provided murine genes related to the NODs/Ripk2 pathway which is regulated during acute otitis media induced in mice. The first dataset provides the single-cell RNA-Seq expression values for pre-infection middle ear, and for the middle ear 6 hours after infection with nontypeable Haemophilus influenzae. The second dataset consists of gene array expression values from a complete episode of acute otitis media in wild type mice and middle ear tissue isolated at 3hr, 6hr, 12hr, 1, 2, 5, and 7 days post infection.
