Pseudomonas aeruginosa PA14 Raw sequence reads

Understanding gene expression / regulation in anoxic biofilms is important for understanding the pathogenicity of Pseudomonas aeruginosa. In the current study, we aimed at analyzing the transcriptome of PA14 strain grown under anoxic conditions as well as under anoxic biofilms in Synthetic CF sputum Medium (SCFM), thus mimicking the environmental conditions of Pseudomonas grown in the lungs of CF patients. A comparative RNA sequencing analysis was performed with planktonic (P), 30 min anoxic conditions (A-30) and 96 hours anoxic biofilms (B-96) cultures.
