Information corresponding to each strain used in the study, including strain designation (‘Strain’ column), corresponding genotype (‘Genotype’ column), and practical description of the genotype is provided (‘Description’ column). Each strain is attributed to the figure(s) which contains data derived from the strain (‘Figure(s)’ column) and the relevant source of the strain is provided (‘Source’ column). Numbers in the ‘Source’ column for strains which were not originally generated in this study correspond to the manuscript reference number where the strain was first published. (XLSX)
