Differentially expressed mRNA and circular RNA in HFD-fed or normal chow-diet-fed mice aortas

mRNA and Circular RNA sequencing data of aortas of ApoE-/- male mice fed with high fat diet or normal chow diet for 12 weeks. 6-week-old ApoE-/- male mice were fed high fat diet (HFD) or normal diet (ND) for 12 weeks. After the diet, the mice were sacrificed, mRNA and circular RNA were extracted from mice aortas. Sequencing was conducted and the results were included in this file.
