As an economic important fish, aquaculture of Siniperca chuatsi has been hampered by diseases caused by viruses, such as S. chuatsi rhabdovirus (SCRV). Host responses of S. chuatsi during SCRV infection still need to be explored. In the present study, transcriptome responses of a cultured S. chuatsi skine cell line (SCSC) infected by SCRV were investigated. At the detected time points, 3, 12, 24, and 36 hours post infection (hpi), 38, 353, 896, and 1452 differentially expressed genes (DEGs) were obtained respectively. Go and KEGG enrichment analysis showed the genes related to stimulus were highly enriched, and the significantly enriched pathways from multiple time points.
