新型获得性脑积水大鼠模型的整合多组学研究;脑脊液(Cerebrospinal Fluid, CSF)中的血液或细菌可引发相似的脉络丛(Choroid Plexus, ChP)免疫分泌应答;脉络丛免疫细胞与上皮细胞间的串扰可驱动脑脊液过度分泌与脑室扩大;经再定位的全身性免疫调节剂可改善获得性脑积水;本研究鉴定出与多种神经系统疾病相关的脉络丛功能可药用核心调控节点。
