To obtain candidate transcriptional patterns of bacteriomes associated with the vertical transmission of Sulcia in M. mongolica, dual RNA-seq libraries were constructed from bacteriomes of 5th-instar female nymphs with red compound eyes (N5R), 5th-instar female nymphs with black compound eyes (N5B), and female adults got emerged for 12 h (A12) and 96 h (A96), respectively.
