These are the Cell Painting images from Plate 2. There are three channels: - DAPI (DNA/Nuclei) - GFP (ER) - RFP (Actin) There are two genotypes of cells (NF1+/+ and NF1-/-) that are split between columns 1 and 6 for WT and 7 and 12 for Null for all rows in a 96-well plate. Included in this dataset is the plate map file that contains all the metadata for this project. Note: These images have been corrected using CellProfiler to convert them from RGB tiff images to greyscale tiff images.
